CUJFC Equipment Request

Season 2026/27

One equipment request must be completed for EVERY team.
This is NOT one request per age group.
If your age group has multiple teams, each coach/manager must complete a separate request for their own team. Please do not assume another coach is completing it for you.

Important: Please ensure you select the correct age group for the 2026/27 season. Football sizes will be allocated automatically based on the selected age group. Selecting the wrong age group may result in the incorrect football size being ordered.

Enter 0 for any equipment you do not require.

Deadline: Requests must be submitted by Friday. Any requests received after this deadline will not be included in the first equipment order and will instead be processed as part of the second equipment order, which may delay equipment being available for the start of the season.
